Times of transition, like the change of season are delicate and crucial. They demand a shift in our consciousness and lifestyle. The things we enjoyed doing in Summer often dont apply when it comes to Autumn. To stay healthy and well we need to take care and re-arrange.

Dont get overactive now. It is not the time to move mountains. Allow your body, mind and heart to adjust. Get your socks & blankets out, read a book, light a candle, and enjoy your ginger tee.
