28 Apr MY TOP 10 TOOLS TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNSYSTEM
Unusual times require unusual measures. As we are all stuck in the COVID19 Lockdown I really want ti give you my best tools on staying strong and healthy.
So here we go
#1 most important: Remember, this too shall pass!
#2 dont be harsh to yourself. this time is not calling for more challenges and hardness, in fact invite the the opposite and be kind to yourself
#3 make sure your get real good relaxation – when your nervous system is on fight and flight mode all the time, your body does not care about digestion nor about your immune system! (thats why stress is making us sick!) – I am recording Meditations & Deep Relaxations for you in my upcoming Online Workshop- so stay posted ; ))
#4 breath – conscious breathing is essential to get in touch with your life-force / Prana – you can start with arms open taking in deep breaths and complete exhales from belly up (some breathing practices will come soon in online workshops)
#5 move – practice yoga and spinal waves to unstuck your home office back issues and to allow the cranio-sacral fluids to run smooth – avoid intensity – nothing to hard, to exhausting on all levels – check out my livestream classes on zoom
#6 get crazy, put on your favorite song and dance like nobody can see you ; ))
#7 drink hot water first in the morning to help your liver detox – the Ayurvedic recipe
#8 practice self-care – there are many ways from a bubble bath to reading a book importantly don´t blame your self for nothing – if you need help figuring out what suits you best – lets talk, I am happy to help you with this one
#9 stay in touch with the people you love and care for
#10 go out in nature whenever you can, be still and listen – now it is more quite then ever before
